Please remember that colors will vary depending on your monitor resolution. Certain times we may post you a ‘nearest match’ colour of hair if your requested one is out of stock, we will always email you before we do this. This also applies to hair length subject to availability. European Hair is a natural product and some stock is virgin some is dyed. Colours do vary between batches. Although we try our best to ensure goods reach you on time, to be certain you can email us to check if the item is in stock. We cannot be responsible once the item has been dispatched.
Also please make sure your colour ring is not old and faded. Our hair is matched to the colour rings we sell and they do fade in time so please buy a new one if you find the colours we send you do not match.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR RETURNS POLICY:
Once you receive your order you must inspect it straight away.
Please check the hair for cuticle correctness and quality.
You have 2 days after your order is received to report any problems. But this must be before the hair is applied to your customer.
After the inspection period has ended or the hair has been worked or applied our responsibility ends there and it is assumed you have accepted the hair as fit for purpose.
Due to the nature of hair products being handled by you the customer and also your clients we cannot and will not be held responsible for any hair products once the hair has been applied to yourself or your clients.
It must be inspected and accepted before it is applied.
All hair returns must be in original ties and unopened. Any hair returns that have been purchased as the wrong colour or length will be exchanged only. Equipment can only be refunded if faulty. Returns must be received within 7 days of purchase to qualify for credit note or exchange. A 10% handling and admin fee applies to all returns. Postal charges will not be refunded if incorrect order has been made and goods are not faulty. All goods must include original invoice number when returning. Adhesive returns cannot be accepted once bag has been opened. All faulty goods will be exchanged upon receipt of goods. Any Refunds are made within 48hours of receipt of goods.
